Every agent ships with evals built from real, anonymised cases, and they're re-scored on every change.
- Guardrails check messages for prompt injection, and replies for policy and personal data.
- Each tool can do only what it's allowed to. Anything that spends money, makes a promise or can't be undone waits for your yes.
- On low confidence, a sensitive topic or when a customer asks, a person takes over with the whole conversation.
- Payment is confirmed by a signed webhook from Paystack or Flutterwave, never a screenshot.
- Search answers cite the page they came from, and when nothing relevant comes back the agent says so.
- On WhatsApp, free-form replies stay inside the 24-hour window, with approved templates outside it.

How do you stop an AI agent making things up?

Chat agents reply in the customer's register, English or Pidgin. For voice we test Nigerian-accented English, and we test Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo models project by project before we promise them.
What happens to our customers' data?
You decide where it goes. We tell you exactly which models and services touch it and who can see it, we redact personal data, and we never use it to train anyone else's model.
